This non-commercial web site is dedicated to the classic aircooled VW Beetle Convertible (Type 15, 15A/B, 151/52/53) produced from 1949 to 1980 by Volkswagen AG, Wolfsburg, together with Wilhelm Karmann GmbH, Osnabrück, Germany (Europe). You will find a lot of historical and technical information here regarding these beautiful cars. However, the main goal of this site is to provide a sort of a register for Beetle Cabriolets by publishing pictures and chassis numbers with permission of their owners.
